Returns and Refunds Policy

Scope: This policy applies exclusively to orders delivered within Germany.

Return Period & Eligibility

  • We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery
  • This includes your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under German law
  • After requesting a return, the item must be shipped back within 14 days

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and unopened
  • Must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Important Exception (Food & Sealed Goods)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened
  • This includes food products (e.g., Himalayan pink salt)

This means:

  • Unopened items → eligible for withdrawal
  • Opened items → not eligible for return or refund

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at customercare@ardlir.com with your order number
  2. Wait for return approval
  3. Send the item to the provided address

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • We offer free returns within Germany
  • A prepaid return shipping label will be provided after return approval
  • Customers must use the provided label for the return shipment by downloading and printing it by themselves

Refunds

Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days
  • Issued to original payment method
  • As we offer free shipping, there are no shipping costs to refund

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Provide photo evidence

We will offer a replacement or full refund.
