All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We currently ship within Germany only.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

We offer free shipping on all orders within Germany.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number.

Tracking information becomes active within 24–48 hours.

All domestic orders within Germany are duty-free.

We currently do not ship to EU or international destinations.

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers. However, we’ll always do our best to help you track and resolve issues.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
